Oil - Locö Picual - Harvest 22-23

Early harvest extra virgin olive oil, from an olive grove in Linares (Jaén), which belongs to the European Olivares Vivos project.

It is obtained directly from the olive in veraison and exclusively through mechanical processes. This limited edition EVOO presents a very peculiar aroma of olive branch, rose stem, tomato with salt and garlic.

Main features:

Oil of intense green color, fruity, of great olfactory complexity, with a slight and initial bitter touch and a smooth and balanced progressive spiciness. This EVOO has great harmony, together with a good structure and persistence.
